PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric laminate that holds electric charges polarized in a porous structure over a long period of time and holds a high piezoelectric modulus and to provide a piezoelectric sheet.SOLUTION: The piezoelectric laminate includes: a porous resin sheet 7 composed of a piezoelectric sheet containing an unwoven cloth or a woven cloth molded by fiber composed of an organic polymer having no dipole attributable to molecules and a crystal structure; and a surface coating layer 8 laminated at least on either front or rear surface of the porous resin sheet out of outer surfaces of the porous resin sheet.
