Provided is a medical Ti-Ni alloy with which both strength and flexibility of the metal material at body temperature are maintained and there is little formation of knife edge fracture surfaces during bending because of the use of an alloy, the greater part of which is formed from a single TiNi phase. The medical Ti-Ni alloy can be used as a core for catheters, guide wires, etc. |
