PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the formation of turbulence in a roll shape.SOLUTION: Provided is a rubber roll production device including: an extrusion part of cylindrically extruding an unvulcanized rubber material; a feed part of, in such a manner that the cylindrical rubber material is extruded from the extrusion port of the extrusion part in a state where it covers the outer circumference of a core material, feeding the core material into the rubber material; a grasping member of, in a state where the removal part from which the rubber material is removed in the tip side of the core material is projected from the extrusion port by a length in the axial direction or lower, grasping the removal part; and a movement mechanism of moving the grasping member to the extrusion direction of the extrusion part in accordance with the extrusion of the rubber material from the extrusion port. |
