PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental lighting unit using LED capable of preventing reduction in eyesight caused by flicker, bleariness, asthenopia in the sight of a dentistry doctor and the like, realizing a preferable lighting environment and at the same time capable of preventing unexpected hardening of composite resin before using light irradiation unit.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a dental lighting unit 1 comprising an LED (white LED) 18 acting as a light source, a slit plate 19 having slits 20 with LED light from the LED light 18 being applied as a prescribed irradiation pattern, a reflection plate 2 having a reflection surface 2a reflecting LED light passed through the slits 20 of the slit plate 19, a front hood 4 arranged to cover the front surface of the reflection plate 2 and LED for lighting inside an oral cavity with LED light injected from the front hood 4, and a blue color light attenuation member (for example, a blue color light attenuation filter 41) for reducing permeability of light in a range of blue wave-length in a wave-length range of this LED light is arranged at a part of light path of the LED light until the light permeates from the LED 18 through the front hood 4. |
