<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which can supply electric power even when a storage battery loaded on a vehicle is in an overdischarge state.SOLUTION: A switch control part 134 can select any of a plurality of switching modes comprising the combination of actuation states with a main switch 128 and a protection switch 130. The plurality of switching modes include an ordinary standby mode (1) in which an electric power is supplied from a first storage battery 110 to emergent movement demand load to which the movement is required even upon emergency and, at the same time, the electric power supply from the second storage battery 112 to the emergent movement demand load is stopped and a backup mode (2) in which the electric power supply to the emergent movement demand load from the first storage battery 110 is stopped and, at the same time, the electric power is supplied from the second storage battery 112 to the emergent movement demand load.</p> |
