PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric double layer capacitor which enables the increase in an electrostatic capacitance by suppressing the agglomeration among monolayer carbon nanotubes without using special equipment.SOLUTION: An electric double layer capacitor 10 comprises: a negative electrode 13 for an electric double layer capacitor which has monolayer carbon nanotubes; and an electrolytic solution 18. The electrolytic solution 18 contains an ionic liquid having unsaturated cyclic compound cations. |
