PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the loss of respective devices connected to be communicable and the abuse of the lost device.SOLUTION: A portable device 1 includes: a connection determination unit 109a for determining whether or not the device is connected to a wrist mounting type device 2 so as to enable information communication via a predetermined radio communication line; a movement determination unit 109b for determining whether or not the movement of a portable device body is being detected based on a detection result of a movement detection unit 108 when it is determined that the device is not connected to the wrist mounting type device; and notification means (e.g. a display unit 103, etc.) for notifying a user of an effect that the device is not connected to the wrist mounting type device 2 to enable information communication when it is determined that the movement of the device body is being detected.
