<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately set luminous color of a luminous body mounted in a device. <P>SOLUTION: A device information acceptance part 132 accepts color specifying information to specify color information for a main body from an input device having a luminous body and the main body. A color determination part 114 determines the color information for the luminous body of the input device. A transmission part 124 notifies the input device of the determined color information.
