<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic photoelectric conversion element having excellent heat resistance. <P>SOLUTION: An organic photoelectric conversion element has a first electrode, a second electrode, and an inter-electrode layer existing between the first electrode and the second electrode. The inter-electrode layer has a structure including at least one photoelectric conversion layer which contains a p-type organic semiconductor and an n-type organic semiconductor. The inter-electrode layer contains a solvent of 0.03-30 g/m<SP POS="POST">3</SP>for the total volume of the inter-electrode layer, and the solvent includes a specific solvent having a solubility parameter of Hansen in the range of 20.6-23.0. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
