摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature-compensated piezoelectric oscillator that enables a start drift correction on an external apparatus based on frequency drift correction data, time information and temperature information taken just after a start. <P>SOLUTION: A TCXO 50 includes: a temperature information storage circuit 8 for storing temperature information which is detected by a temperature sensor 2 and converted into digital signal by an A/D converter 6; a frequency drift correction data storage section 7 for storing approximation coefficient data on a curve approximating an actual frequency drift characteristic and approximation coefficient data indicating temperature dependency of the frequency drift characteristic; elapsed time information output means 46 comprising an N-divider 9 and a counter 10 for outputting elapsed time information from a time point of startup of the TCXO 50; and an interface control circuit 11 for interfacing a GPS receiver (external apparatus) 12 to output the temperature information, frequency drift correction data and elapsed time information to the GPS receiver 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p>
