<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle dynamic control device that can perform vehicle dynamic control by selecting a more optimal controlled object according to availability of the controlled object. <P>SOLUTION: Availability change according to requests of an application contained in the application information and availability change according to vehicle information are made to be performed in an availability computing part 5.
