<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of fuel dilution, in a control device 100 of the internal combustion engine 1 including a dual injection system for performing in-passage injection and in-cylinder injection and a water pump 21 when the proportion of the in-cylinder injection is increased during a cold operation of an internal combustion engine 1. <P>SOLUTION: The control device 100 reduces a coolant-ejection flow rate of the water pump 21 as the proportion of the in-cylinder injection is increased when determining that the internal combustion engine 1 is in the cold operation. A cylinder inner wall surface is not thereby supercooled by a coolant during the cold operation (low temperature at which the fuel dilution is liable to occur), and the increase of the temperature is promoted. As a result, the volatilization of the fuel adhering on the cylinder inner wall surface is promoted to prevent oil in a crank chamber from being diluted with the fuel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
