摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control apparatus of a vehicle drive device that prevents drivability and vehicle fuel consumption from reducing by changing a lock-up clutch from a slip control state to a release control state in association with shifting of an automatic transmission. <P>SOLUTION: An electric control device 58 decides a throttle opening TAP on the basis of an acceleration opening Acc, from a relation selected according to gear-stage among a plurality kinds of relations prestored per the gear-stage of the automatic transmission 12. When the lock-up clutch 56 is in a slip control range before and after shifting and changes gears of the automatic transmission 12, the lock-up clutch keeps the throttle opening TAP before the shifting until a predetermined stand-by time T1 elapses from the shifting.
