<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic testing device that increases the working efficiency of an electrostatic test and improves the inspection accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of grooves 24 for mounting a harness are arranged in a mounting member 8, and a Y-axis linear guide 13 reciprocates a discharge gun 7 in the Y direction in which the plurality of grooves 24 are arranged. A personal computer 4 controls a stepping motor driver 11 so that the discharge gun 7 stops for each groove 24, discharges static electricity from the discharge gun 7, and applies the static electricity to the harness mounted in the grooves 24. Thus, the static electricity can be continuously applied to each wire of the harness mounted in the plurality of grooves 24 by automatic control, so that the working efficiency of an electrostatic test can be increased. By abolishing a manual electrostatic test and controlling discharge of the discharge gun 7 with the personal computer 4, the inspection accuracy can be improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
