Method of repairing a core stiffened structure using pourable structural foam

A method of the present disclosure includes repairing a core stiffened structure (205) with structural foam. The method comprises: removing a damaged portion of the core stiffened structure (205); pouring a foam mixture (807) into a cavity (219), the cavity (219) being created by the step of removing the damaged portion of the core stiffened structure (205); allowing the foam mixture (807) to expand and fill the cavity (219) so as to form an expanded foam; trimming the expanded foam (211); and placing a skin patch on the expanded foam (211).
