<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify a conversation correspondent who is expected to appropriately find out the psychological condition of a target person from the person. <P>SOLUTION: When receiving mood change information from a portable terminal 101-i operated by a target person, an information management device 100 refers to a conversation efficiency S between the target person and a care-receiver and selects a conversation correspondent who is to have conversation with the target person from among plural care-receivers. The conversation efficiency S is a value indicating how much amount of information of mood change conditions extracted from a target person in past conversations. The conversation efficiency S is a value produced by dividing an amount of characters N of text data of conversation contents transcribed from voice data by a reproducing period T of the voice data of the past conversation between the target person and an individual care-receiver.
