<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a client terminal that decrease the convergence of a plurality of reconnection operation and carries out the reconnection operation in timing in accordance with a communication state of respective client terminals, a communication system, and a program. <P>SOLUTION: In a case of reconnecting a client terminal and a server connected via a communication network after disconnection, standby time until the disconnected client terminal is reconnected is set.
