The device (1) has a carrier profile (2) receiving an identification sign and including two holding walls (5, 15) that extend forwardly from a rear wall (4) of the carrier profile. Lower corner protection units (7, 17) are arranged at inner ends of the supporting bars (6, 16) to prevent insertion of lower corners of the identification sign under the supporting bars, when assembling the protection units. The protection units are formed as comb-like bars (8, 18) that extend from ends of the supporting bars toward a direction of the rear wall. |
