A knob device (10A) for opening by pressure action doors and the like provides a knob (11) which is adapted to be rigidly secured to the door, a control member being movably mounted on the knob and associated with, inside the knob, a main lever (14) operating on a mechanism (40-45) which is adapted to operate a bolt elastically sliding into a door housing; in order to reduce the stress exerted to control the door opening, and in order to have a large surface on where pressure can be exerted, the control member comprises a levering member acting upon said main lever (14) in order to operate* said mechanism.
