<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a transfer of which transfer processing has failed and reduce complexity of procedures for dealing with the identified transfer processing, in performing payment proxy using a cash management system (200).SOLUTION: A cash management system is configured to: extract each transfer detail from a file of a terminal (104) of a payment request person to register the extracted transfer detail in a first database (224) by record as a payment proxy detail; in response to an instruction from a terminal (102) of a payment proxy agent, create an aggregation transfer file and transmit the created aggregation transfer file to an accounting system (240); receive information about a transfer detail of which transfer processing has failed from the outside, extract the payment proxy detail and register it in a second database (228) as a payment failure detail; receive information about selection of the failed transfer processing from the terminal (104) of the payment request person and register the received information with the payment failure detail; request to perform processing for the failed transfer on the basis of the registered payment failure detail.</p> |
