<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption of a device equipped with an electronic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A server 300 equipped with an electronic apparatus determines whether the sum of power consumption consumed by a fan 310 and the electronic apparatus decreases when the rotation speed of the fan 310 is increased or the sum of power consumption consumed by the fan 310 and the electronic apparatus decreases when the rotation speed of the fan 310 is decreased.
