An objective of the present invention is to obtain a hoisting drum device with great design freedom. The present invention relates to a hoisting drum device having a hoisting drum (12), wherein the hoisting drum (12) includes a first protruding shaft (21) on one side of an axial direction; and a second protruding shaft (21S) on the other side of an axial direction. A drum operation device (24) is connected to the first protruding shaft (21), and a drum brake device (24S) is connected to the second protruding shaft (21S). The drum brake device (24S) includes a second deceleration mechanism (30S) and a second brake mechanism (32S). A low-speed shaft (68S) of the second deceleration mechanism (30S) is connected to the second protruding shaft (21S). At a high-speed shaft (29S) of the second deceleration mechanism (30S), the second brake mechanism (32S) is connected while a motor is not connected. |
