<p>The present invention relates to a cold and hot water heat pump device having an auxiliary heat exchanger and an evaporator and a condenser in one to improve the cooling effect of load side circulating water by enhancing the operation of the evaporator during the cooling operation and to increase the heating effect of the load side circulating water by enhancing the operation of the condenser during the heating operation, by adding a third heat exchanger which is an auxiliary heat exchanger reinforcing the operation of a first heat exchanger and a second heat exchanger. The present invention comprises: an expansion side (116) which is connected to the first heat exchanger (104) to transfer a refrigerant flowed from the first heat exchanger (104) during the heating operation to a filter drier (114) by expanding the refrigerant in the low temperature and low pressure; and the filter drier (114) which is connected to the expansion side (116) to transfer the refrigerant with a removed foreign substance to the second heat exchanger (112) after removing moisture and foreign substances from the refrigerant flowed from the expansion side (112) during the heating operation.</p> |
