<p>The present invention relates to a device to measure and image photocurrents and photovoltages which outputs both photocurrents generated when lasers capable of changing a wavelength thereof arrives to a sample; an image voltage signal from lasers reflected from the sample and a noise removed in the photocurrents; and the image voltage signal using a detecting unit such as a lock-in amplifier. Here, the device can continuously measure the photocurrents and an output of the image voltage signal of the sample as the stage is moving since the stage where the placed sample can move in an X-Y direction at 100 nm intervals; thereby the measured information can be made into data in a computer in order to obtain photocurrent and reflected images.</p> |
