The present invention relates to a food waste vacuum-drying disposal system and, more specifically, to a food waste vacuum-drying disposal system which can be installed in a food waste collection vehicle due to the simple structure thereof and can carry out vacuum-dry disposal of food waste even while moving during food waste collection. The food waste vacuum-drying disposal system of the present invention is capable of: sterilizing and drying an inputted food waste by a heat converted from light emitted from a heating element inside a vacuum tank; condensing an evaporated and sublimed gas generated during a drying process to discharge the gas as condensed water; and discharging a non-condensed gas in the air to dispose a food waste leachate at the same time. Therefore, a radiant heat is transformed into a heat when the radiant heat directly contacts the surface of food waste inside a vacuum tank and drying is carried out quickly to remarkably reduce a proliferation of bacteria, disease and insect pest caused by the decomposition or leachate generated in the air, thereby allowing transport without an odor and allowing a sanitary disposal and recycling. |
