<p>The present invention relates to a water-dispersed polyurethane resin composition for artificial leather and a method for manufacturing artificial leather using the same. More specifically, the artificial leather is manufactured by comprising: an aqueous immersion step (S100) of putting a fabric into an immersion bath in which a water-dispersed polyurethane resin composition is contained, to coat the fabric with a polyurethane resin; a step (S200) of passing the fabric, which has been coated with the polyurethane resin in step S100, through a press mangle rollers, thereby achieving surface homogenization and dehydration; and a step (S300) of passing the fabric, which has been passed through the press mangle rollers in step S200, through guide rollers, thereby controlling the feeling of the surface or fine hairs. The water-dispersed polyurethane resin composition for artificial leather of the present invention provides a polyurethane resin coating effect without a separate agglomeration or curing procedure when the artificial fabric is manufactured. In addition, the method for manufacturing artificial leather provides artificial leather which has low disposal costs and a short processing time, and realizes and improves surface feeling and quality of the artificial leather manufactured by an existing method. In addition, the present invention provides a pleasant working environment, and exhibits industrially economical effects due to low disposal treatment costs or manpower costs for the treatment.</p> |
