<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To delete a use request for a service from a device which operates in a cloud environment.SOLUTION: A service providing system comprises: management information storage means which stores management information managing user identification information, device identification information and service identification information in association; authentication information reception means which receives authentication information including user authentication information and device authentication information from a device connected with the service providing system via a network; service determination means which, when the authentication information is successfully authenticated, determines a service associated with the authentication information on the basis of the authentication information and the management information; and execution means which receives a use request for the determined service from the device connected with the service providing system via the network, and executes processing corresponding to the use request. The execution means comprises execution request deletion means which, in response to a deletion request for deleting the use request of current processing, deletes corresponding execution request information stored in execution request storage means.</p> |
