PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate an economical efficiency with high accuracy when a storage battery is introduced in a stage prior to the introduction of the storage battery.SOLUTION: The storage battery introduction effect evaluation device is configured in such a manner that a parameter used for an evaluation of economic efficiency when a storage battery is introduced into a power system of a facility is registered according to an operation, an operation content of the storage battery in an evaluation period using a predetermined parameter is predicted, a capacity maintenance rate in the estimation period is predicted using the predicted operation content and the predetermined parameter, lighting and heating expenses in the evaluation period is predicted using the predicted capacity maintenance rate and the predetermined parameter, a maintenance cost of the storage battery in the estimation period is predicted using the predicted capacity maintenance rate and the predetermined parameter, and the economic efficiency is evaluated when the storage battery is introduced using an initial cost for introducing the storage battery, the predicted lighting and heating expenses, and the maintenance cost. |
