摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a rotor which is unlikely to be demagnetized, incorporating a permanent magnet with a magnetic flux density as high as possible since, in order to improve properties of a motor, it is desired to incorporate a permanent magnet with a magnetic flux density as high as possible within a rotor but a permanent magnet with a high magnetic flux density is easy to be magnetized because of its low demagnetization resistance, and a material delivery risk is present since a permanent magnet with improved demagnetization resistance contains much heavy rare earth.SOLUTION: A rotor is disclosed in which magnetic paths neighboring to each other among magnetic paths being present at an outermost side in the permanent magnet within the rotor are made wider than magnetic paths in other portions in such a range that a slit located further outside of the magnetic paths is not eliminated, and with such a width that a magnetic flux density within the permanent magnet is settled within a reversible range inside of a demagnetization curve.</p>
