<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel hardening agent of a phenolic epoxy resin satisfying a low dielectric loss tangent and a high glass transition temperature, a composition using the same and a hardened product thereof.SOLUTION: The hardening agent of a phenolic epoxy resin is comprised of a mixed product having a bismaleimide compound concentration of 10-20% (a peak area ratio) by GPC analysis obtained by melting and mixing 0.13-1.2 pts.wt. of a bismaleimide compound represented by formula (4) in a temperature range of 100-200°C after melting and mixing 1 pts.wt. of an aryloxysilane oligomer having a skeleton represented by formula (1) and a hydroxyl equivalent of a range of 1,000-8,000 g/eq, and 0.01-0.10 pts.wt. of a dihydroxynaphthalene compound represented by formula (6) in the same temperature range. A composition is obtained by using the hardening agent, and a hardened product is obtained from the composition.</p> |
