PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nanocarbon disperser which can be produced at a low cost, can disperse nanocarbon isolatedly, and can be removed and separated from nanocarbon, a nanocarbon dispersion containing the nanocarbon disperser, and methods for producing those, and to provide a nanocarbon-containing structure obtained by removing a medium from the nanocarbon dispersion and having a high electric conduction property.SOLUTION: The nanocarbon disperser is made of cycloolefin polymer having a monocyclic or polycyclic aromatic group at a side chain.
