PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve efficient scheduling for a user by reducing processing delay in a communication system using a multimode antenna.SOLUTION: A radio base station device includes: a multimode antenna having a plurality of different antenna configurations; an acquisition unit for acquiring at least one of positional information on a user device and phase difference information between antenna ports of a signal transmitted by the user device, and channel information on the user device; and a determination unit for determining scheduling for the user device by combining it with an antenna configuration allocated to the user device on the basis of the acquired information. |
