<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a shorter construction period and a lower maintenance cost by making it possible to attain a high washing effect in a state in which heat transfer plates remain attached without disassembling a plate heat exchanger.SOLUTION: A plate heat exchanger washing apparatus includes: a wash solution storage tank storing a wash solution; a heater heating the wash solution to a predetermined temperature; a wash solution circulation pump circulating the wash solution in a flow path of the plate heat exchanger; a movable blow washing mechanism inserted into the flow path of the plate heat exchanger from one end thereof, formed so as to locally supply blow wash water to the flow path in a supply range at a constant width, and movable in the supply range along the flow path. A medical fluid heated to a predetermined temperature is circulated in the flow path of the plate heat exchanger for predetermined time, thereby performing chemical washing. The medical fluid is thereafter neutralized to generate the blow wash water, and the circulation of the generated blow wash water in the flow path in the supply range at the constant width of the plate heat exchanger is repeated by sequentially moving the movable blow washing mechanism, thereby blow-washing the entire flow path.</p> |
