<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to confirm, before printing of delivery matter, whether the delivery matter has already been printed, and thus reduce costs.SOLUTION: A delivery record management server stores, as delivery record information, identification information, which is read by a reader, for identifying delivery data of delivery matter, and determines whether or not the identification information for identifying the delivery matter data, for which a print instruction is received, is stored in the delivery record information. When determining that the identification information is not stored, the delivery record management server allows printing of the delivery data identified by the identification information, and when determining that the identification information is stored, the delivery record management server notifies a user of the matter. When the identification information attached to the delivery matter, which is read by the reader, is not stored in the delivery record information, the delivery record management server registers the identification information as delivery record information.</p> |
