<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of requiring to dispose of construction surplus soil by plowing up since surface soil including a large quantity of salt content cannot be reused when changing the soil (clay) ground to the lawn ground when neighborhood flower-garden tree withering damage is further caused by salt damage, since a large quantity of flowed-out salts pollute underground water and a river-lake environment, due to requirement of repeated sprinkling, since inorganic salts such as calcium chloride cause rust such as a fence and a toy and also flow out by melting in rainwater, however, since a wind-blown sand prevention countermeasure is technically difficult and is not conventionally developed while having only a method of sprinkling the inorganic salts in large quantities, particularly when developing recently up to the health problem such as respirator trouble, when visibility becomes temporarily undesirable anywhere by wind-blown sand, or a playground cannot be temporarily used, or stain of the laundry is caused, since there are innumerably soil playgrounds, parks and multipurpose squares all over the Japan.SOLUTION: The present invention can wholly solve the problems by sprinkling a resin emulsion or an aqueous solution of an organic high molecular compound of being wholly different in the principle of the invention from the inorganic salts so far.</p> |
