<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for switching an electric switchgear in which a clutch-off operation can be easily performed by operation means for enabling a movement of an opening/closing member in an opening/closing manner by manual operation.SOLUTION: A shutter curtain being an opening/closing member is moved in an opening/closing manner by winding and feeding of a winding shaft 6 using a drive unit 20. The drive unit 20 is configured by including: a drive shaft 22 connected to a member on a side of the winding shaft 6 via a clutch 24; an electric motor 35 for rotating the drive shaft 22; a braking device 36 for braking the drive shaft 22; and operation means for switching on-off of the clutch 24. In operation means by wire 56 and the like, clutch off means by a bending part 70 or the like is provided for turning off the clutch 24 after turning off the braking device 36 or simultaneously with the turning off of the braking device 36.</p> |
