The present invention relates to a cancer sensor based on a field-effect transistor including an olfactory receptor. More specifically, the cancer sensor: uses the olfactory receptor capable of being bound to a substance for diagnosing cancer; measures change of conductance caused as the olfactory receptor is bound to the substance for diagnosing cancer; and thus can diagnose cancer. According to the present invention, the cancer sensor uses olfactory receptor protein and thus has excellent sensitivity and selectivity similar to those of a signaling mechanism of an olfactory substance. Therefore, the cancer sensor can highly-specifically detect a cancer-specific substance in an fM range in real time. The cancer sensor includes: a substrate; a source electrode and a drain electrode; and nano-vesicles including the olfactory receptor protein for diagnosing cancer.
|
