PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet post-processing device having no possibility of permanent deformation of a sheet pressing member rotationally moved between a retreat position and an operation position and hardly causing an erroneous operation of an operator.SOLUTION: Sheet pressing means 67 pressing rear ends of sheets loaded on a stack tray 25 when transferring the sheets from a processing tray 24 with post processing means to a stack tray 25 on a downstream side is formed of a plate-like elastic member 68 mounted on a rotary shaft. A home position 68H of the plate-like elastic member 68 is set to a position projecting to an upper side of a paper mounting surface of the processing tray 24. The plate-like elastic member 68 is positionally moved between the home position and an operation position 68A for pressing an uppermost sheet of the stack tray 25.
