PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily accommodate the molding of rice balls having different sizes by using one rice molding apparatus.SOLUTION: Paired rollers R and R are installed at multiple steps along the rice ball transport direction of a metering unit 10a of a provided rice molding apparatus 1. A plurality of partition boards SB are arranged, at a predetermined interval each, along the roller R longitudinal direction between the mutually adjacent paired rollers R and R. These partition boards SB are installed in an attachable/detachable state so as to enable changes of mutually neighboring intervals. It accordingly becomes possible to accommodate changes of longitudinal dimensions of rice balls by changing arranging positions of the partition boards and therefore to easily accommodate the molding of rice balls having different sizes by using one rice molding apparatus. |
