一种自动测试方法，包括以下步骤：主控设备初始化第一输入输出介面，测试仪初始化第二输入输出介面与第三输入输出介面；测试仪接收待测产品之测试参数并根据测试参数生成测试资料，测试仪将测试资料发送给主控设备；主控设备读取测试资料，并将接收到测试资料发送给资料解析单元；资料解析单元解析测试资料，并根据解析出之测试资料判断测试资料是否有效；资料解析单元根据判断结果将有效之测试资料发送给测试结果显示单元，测试结果显示单元显示有效之测试资料；资料解析单元将有效之测试资料发送并储存于资料存储单元中；主控设备判断测试仪是否还有测试资料发送，若测试仪没有测试资料发送，测试结束。本发明还揭示了一种自动测试装置。; generating test data according to parameters of products and transmitting the test data to the control device by the test instrument; reading and transmitting the test data to a data analyzing unit by the control device; analyzing the test data and determining whether the test data is valid by the data analyzing unit; receiving and displaying the valid test data by a test result display unit; receiving and storing the valid test data by a data storage unit; determining whether there are test data from the test instrument by the control device; if there are no data from the test instrument, the test is complete.
