一种造成鲈鳗死亡之新型病毒分离方法包含:于一染病鲈鳗取出一染病组织于一培养基进行病毒培养;于一缓冲液将该染病组织进行均质处理,以形成一均质染病组织液;利用一离心机将该均质染病组织液进行病毒分离;及自该均质染病组织液过滤取得一过滤液,以分离该新型病毒,且该过滤液接种于一鲈鳗细胞株。一种造成鲈鳗死亡之新型病毒检测方法包含:于一染病鲈鳗取出一染病组织;利用一试剂自该染病组织取出核酸;及利用聚合酵素链锁反应法进行分析,以取得一病毒序列。; homogenizing the infected tissue in a buffer to provide homogenates; centrifuging the homogenates for separating viruses; and filtering the homogenates to obtain an isolatated filtrate which is applied to inoculate into a novel cell line of eels. A detection method for the novel virus includes: sampling an infected tissue filament from eels; extracting nucleic acids from the infected tissue by a reagent; and using a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) analysis to obtain a nucleotide sequence of the novel virus. |
