<p>Provided is a method for manufacturing a solar cell, capable of improving photoelectric conversion efficiency. The method includes the steps of: forming a photoelectric conversion layer on a first substrate; preparing a second substrate having an electrode film; providing the electrode film with solution including copper (Cu) and sulfur (S) to form a catalyst film including copper sulfide on the electrode film; and arranging the first substrate and the second substrate to face to each other and injecting electrolyte solution between the catalyst film and the photoelectric conversion layer.</p> |
