<p>The present invention relates to an impact punch for an impact extrusion machine to maintain the regular speed regardless of a location of a flow of an element forming each sidewall of a product by being extruded through a gap between the impact punch and an impact die in an impact extrusion process for a battery case, and to manufacture a new type of the battery case to prevent a bad extrusion for the sidewall. An inclined-structured taper side of a long side is respectively formed where a wall side of the long side and a lower side of the impact punch meet, and an inclined-structured taper side of a short side is also respectively formed where a wall side of the short side and a lower side of the impact punch meet. The lower side of the impact punch is formed plane and the width of the lower side gets wider as getting closer to the center of the long side of the impact punch.</p> |
