PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable specific information about a manhole cover to be read by using a two-dimensional code without using a special apparatus at a site, for grasping the specific information from a cover surface side in a non-contact manner without opening the cover.SOLUTION: A specific information display comprises: a display piece 13 on which a two-dimensional code 12 recording specific information about a manhole cover is printed; a display piece arrangement surface 20 in which the display piece is arranged on the surface of the manhole cover; and display piece fixing means 21 for covering the display piece and fixing it to the display piece arrangement surface. The fixing means consists of transparent display piece fixing means allowing the two-dimensional code to be read, and the display piece is configured so that its top face is at a safe position lower than the top face of the manhole cover by a few millimeters in a state it is fixed on the display piece arrangement surface. |
