<p>PURPOSE: Tin oxide based dielectric nanopowder and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to remove the contamination of the dielectric powder using an RF(radio-frequency) plasma combustion technology. CONSTITUTION: Tin oxide based dielectric nanopowder contains 15~50wt% of tin oxide, 10~30wt% of zinc oxide, 20~50wt% of boron oxide, 3~8wt% of silicon oxide, and 5~20wt% of sodium oxide. The dielectric nanopowder has an amorphous sphere shape with the size of 20~500 nano meters, the glass-transition temperature of 460~500 deg C, and the dielectric constant of 6~13.</p> |
