The present invention relates to an emergency interphone using an IP broadcasting system and an inspection system and a method thereof, in which the emergency interphone is associated with a broadcasting network of the IP broadcasting system so that a manager of the emergency interphone can voice chat with a user through the corresponding broadcasting network and a failure of the emergency interphone can be identified and determined in real-time at a remote location. The IP broadcasting system using an IP broadcasting system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an IP broadcasting agent to output a broadcasting request signal, a broadcasting signal, a chat request signal and a call voice signal; an IP broadcasting terminal to transmit the broadcasting signal output of the IP broadcasting agent and the call voice signal of the IP broadcasting agent to another electronic device; an IP broadcasting server to receive the broadcasting signal according to the broadcasting request signal of the IP broadcasting agent to transmit the broadcasting signal to the IP broadcasting terminal, and to receive the call voice signal according to the call request signal of the IP broadcasting agent to transmit the call voice signal to the IP broadcasting terminal; and an emergency interphone connected to the IP broadcasting terminal to receive and output the call voice signal of the IP broadcasting agent received by the IP broadcasting terminal through a medium of the IP broadcasting server and having a voice signal reception unit to transmit the call voice signal, which is received through the voice signal reception unit, through a sequential medium operation of the IP broadcasting terminal and the IP broadcasting server. |
