<p>The present invention relates to a method for grafting a pine and a pine seedling including a graft. The method for grafting a pine comprises the steps of: obtaining one year old twig whose seed tree is a pine; processing the obtained one year old twig into a scion by separating a portion of a fascicle to which fine needles are attached and xylem together; preparing a rootstock by making a cut to graft the processed scion; inserting the processed scion into the cut on the rootstock, and fixing the scion to the rootstock by a fixing member; and growing the rootstock to which the scion is fixed. In the case of asexual reproduction, a large number of scions can be quickly obtained from a seed pine tree having desired traits by preparing scions by separating a portion of a fascicle to which fine needles are attached and xylem together, thereby providing a method for grafting a pine which can asexually reproduce targeted pines to grow quickly at low production costs and a pine seedling including a graft.</p> |
