<p>#CMT# #/CMT# Production of an agent for producing anticorrosion layers on metal surfaces comprises forming an aqueous solution containing oxo-cations and halogen complex anions and forming nano-particles with an average particle diameter of less than 500 nm in the solution in-situ by physical and/or chemical treatment of the solution. The treatment comprises changing the temperature, changing the ion concentration, changing the pH value, changing the pressure, saturating the solution, stirring the solution, adding an oxidant and/or adding a reducing agent. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Production of an agent for producing anticorrosion layers on metal surfaces. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The agent can be continuously produced. #CMT#METALLURGY : #/CMT# Preferred Features: The oxo-cations are selected from MnO 3 +>, VO 3> +>, VO 2> +>, MoO 2 2> +>, TiO 2> +> and ZrO 2> +>. The halogen complex anions has the structure MX a b> -> (where, M = B, Ti, Zr, Si or Al; X = F, Cl, Br or I; a = 3-6 and b = 1-4). An oxidative substance selected from hydrogen peroxide, organic peroxides, alkali metal peroxides, persulfates, perborates or nitrates is added to the solution formed.</p> |
