PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapeutic method for overcoming dexamethasone or thalidomide resistance.SOLUTION: This invention provides a medicament for treating neoplastic disease in a neoplastic disease patient, comprising a compound of formula (I) (where X is selected from the group consisting of fluorine, chlorine, bromine or iodine) or pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, with the neoplastic disease resistant to dexamethasone or thalidomide.
