<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cycle time of a post-treatment of a die-cast casting without a sharp rise of installation costs.SOLUTION: A post treatment method for a die-cast casting includes, in order, a step of taking out a casting W from a die-cast casting machine 2 through a robot arm 1, a step of setting the casting W in a work setting part 20 arranged in a cooling water tank 10 through the robot arm 1, a step of driving the work setting part 20 by a rotation drive part 30, while carrying out an other step by the robot arm 1, to execute immersion of the casting W in the cooling water tank 10, take-out from the cooling water tank and draining by vertical reversal, a step of receiving the casting W from the work setting part 20 through the robot arm 1, a step of removing unnecessary parts of the casting W held with the robot arm 1 and a step of ejecting the casting W to a conveyor 6 through the robot arm 1.</p> |
